Become a Beneficiary

Small Army for a Cause invites all cancer-related 501c3 organizations in good standing with the IRS to benefit from Be Bold, Be Bald!  As a beneficiary of the event, participants can select to raise funds on behalf of your organization, and all net proceeds (estimated to be at least 75% of funds raised) will be directed to your organization.  Upon completing the form below, your information will be reviewed by the beneficiary committee, and additional details will be provided to you.
